Oh well, never too late to comment.
Anyways, now that you're feeling better, I'd also like to say that I've felt the same way sometimes [only mines was more like a dark shadow looming above me, always making me feel small and useless]. And second, the 'glass shatter' may not be realistic, but as we say in 3-D class, 'real' isn't always 'cooler' and I think the glass' near-abstract design is cool.
